Holiday allowance bonus – Promotion terms and conditions for existing clients (Ended)

These promotion terms and conditions apply to clients who are not yet investing with us. As an existing client, you will also qualify for a €50 bonus if you meet the following criteria:

• You already have a Self Directed Investing Basic, Self Directed Investing Plus, or Guided Investing account with us and there are funds in the account before you set up a periodic investment to take advantage of the promotion.
• During the 6 months before the start of your periodic investments, you did not make any transactions with your participating account.
• You set up a periodic investment of €150 for three months (€450 in total) at any time during the promotional period of (1 May 2023 to 31 July 2023).

Go on to Internet Banking and set up a periodic investment to invest at least €150 in one investment fund of your choice for at least three consecutive months. These investments will be made from your investment account.

In the fourth month, you will receive a €50 bonus in the bank account linked to your investment account, provided that you leave the sum of your periodic investments, which will be at least €450 (three monthly investments of €150) in the selected investment fund.

You do not need to register specifically for the promotion. As soon as you have met the terms of the promotion, you will automatically receive the €50 bonus in your linked bank account. This promotion runs from 1 May 2023 to 31 July 2023. The latest date you can make your first periodic investment is 3 July 2023.

1. Go on to Internet Banking and set up your periodic investment of at least €150 a month in your chosen investment fund for a minimum of three months. See here for more information about periodic investing.
2. The latest date you can make your first periodic investment is 3 August 2023.
3. Make sure you have sufficient funds in the bank account linked to your investment account so that your periodic investment can be debited.
4. To qualify, you may not withdraw any of your investment during the first three months.
5. The €50 bonus will be deposited into your linked bank account in the fourth month.

Example – start on 10 June

You set up a periodic investment with 10 June as the start date. The three monthly periodic investments will then be made on 10 June, 10 July and 10 August. You leave the sum of the three monthly periodic investments, i.e. at least €450, in your chosen investment fund during these three months. You will then receive your €50 bonus in September.

• The maximum bonus is €50 per person, meaning that you will never receive more than €50.
• Make sure you have sufficient funds in the bank account linked to your investment account so that your periodic investment can be debited. If any of the periodic investments are unsuccessful in the first three months, you will no longer qualify for the bonus.
• Joint accounts are also eligible for the promotion.
• You cannot take advantage of the promotion with both your personal and your joint investment account.
• ABN AMRO MeesPierson private banking clients and clients who invest for business purposes are not eligible for this promotion.
• In the fourth month after your first monthly periodic investment, the €50 bonus will be paid into the current account linked to your investment account.
