Terms and conditions for the Forward Banking promotion

These term and conditions were modified on 18 November 2019.

This promotion is limited to one per customer and can only be applied to new Guided Investing, Self Directed Investing Basic Self Directed Investing Plus customers.

You will receive:

• €35 in your account if you open an ABN AMRO Investing account and deposit a single investment of at least €100 no later than 31 December 2019 in your Guided Investing, Self Directed Investing Basic or Self Directed Investing Plus account; 
• €150 in your account if you open an ABN AMRO Investing account and deposit a single investment of at least €4,000 no later than 31 December 2019 in your Guided Investing, Self Directed Investing Basic or Self Directed Investing Plus account. 

The deposit should remain in the account for a period of no less than three months. Only new customers are eligible. This promotion is valid from November 18 2019 to December 31 2019 inclusive. You can only sign up for the promotion using the dedicated form.

Open an ABN AMRO Guided Investing account, Self Directed Investing Basic account or Self Directed Investing Plus account (if you don’t yet have an ABN AMRO investment account).

Use your ABN AMRO investment account to invest at least €100 or €4,000 in one go for a period of at least three months. You must make the investment during the term of the promotion.

Four months after making the deposit, you will automatically receive:

• €35 in your account if you make a single investment of at least €100 no later than 31 December 2019; 
• €150 in your account if you make a single investment of at least €4,000 no later than 31 December 2019.

1. The Forward Banking bonus promotion only applies to online Guided Investing, Self Directed Investing Basic or Self Directed Investing Plus investments of at least €100 made during the term of the promotion. This needs to be a single investment, not four separate investments of €25 for instance.
2. New customers are eligible for this promotion. Current standing orders are not eligible for the promotion.
3. You can sign up for the promotion using this form.
4. The promotion is an initiative of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. with registered offices in Amsterdam.
5. You can enter this promotion only once. You will therefore never receive more than €150 in your account, regardless of the number of participating investment accounts in your name. Your initial sign-up will determine the amount of the bonus.
6. Joint accounts are also eligible for the promotion.
7. The Forward Banking bonus of €35 or €150 will be paid into the associated account approximately four months after the investment. 
8. Your investment account needs to be active at the time the Forward Banking bonus is paid out. This means that the amount still needs to be invested three months after the original investment.  
9. Investments involve risks. You could lose your initial deposit.
10. ABN AMRO Bank N.V. reserves the right to amend the promotion’s terms and conditions or to cancel or extend the term of the promotion at any time, in which case an updated, amended version of the promotion’s terms and conditions will be posted on abnamro.nl.
11. All natural persons meeting the regular investment terms and conditions are eligible for the promotion. There is no charge for participation in this promotion. 
12. The promotion is governed by Dutch law.
