Reboot your computer

Problems are often solved by simply rebooting your computer. Follow the steps below, and then check whether the problem has been solved.

Simply follow these 4 steps

  1. Log out of Internet Banking

    • Click 'Log out'
    • Then close your   by clicking the X icon.
  2. Close your other applications

    Also close any other active applications.
  3. Reboot your computer

    If you are using a PC:
    • Click the Windows button.
    • Next, select ‘Power’ and then click ‘Restart’.
     
    If you are using a Mac (Apple):
    • Press Control + Command + the Eject button at the same time.
  4. Log in to Internet Banking again

    • Log in again now.
    • Check whether the problem has been solved.

Yes, it has

Great! You can now get back to your Internet Banking.
