Cancelling your insurance

We are sorry that you want to cancel your insurance, but we are happy to help you with a proper settlement. You can cancel most ABN AMRO insurance policies on a daily basis. The overpaid premium will be refunded to your account. Please note: If you wish to cancel multiple insurance policies, you'll need to do so individually for each one.

You cannot move your home insurance with you. This is because there is often some time between the purchase of your new home and the transfer of your old home. In the meantime, both addresses must be insured. Have you applied for a new home insurance policy and has your old home been sold? Then you can cancel your old home insurance.

Do you still want to cancel your insurance? This can also be done very easily online. Log in to Internet Banking and go to your personal ABN AMRO Verzekeringen environment (in Dutch only). Do you prefer to cancel your insurance by phone? Then call ABN AMRO Verzekeringen at: 038 496 70 82.
