This is the total amount you can transfer to other people’s accounts on any one day from the ABN AMRO app without using your e.dentifier. If you’re setting up a credit transfer for a specific date in the future, the limit will apply on the day when you confirm the credit transfer. Set your own daily limit, it can be anything up to €250,000. In the app, tap ‘Profile’ > ‘Daily transfer limit’. Please note! There is another limit for iDEAL payments; these are capped at €50,000 per payment. Even if your daily limit is above €50,000, an individual iDEAL payment can’t be more than €50,000. If your daily limit is below €50,000, an individual iDEAL payment can be anything up to your daily limit.

What is the maximum amount I can transfer?

Transfer amounts of up to €250,000 using the ABN AMRO app

The ABN AMRO app lets you transfer up to €250,000 per day to other people’s accounts. The default daily limit in the ABN AMRO app is €2,500. Make sure you raise your daily limit in good time if you temporarily need to transfer more. For security reasons, it takes four hours for your higher limit to take effect.
