We only provide the letter for your payment account and possibly 1 savings account. If you have several savings accounts, we will use the savings account with the highest balance.
In order to apply for a bank reference letter, you need to have an account with us for at least one year, and you need to be at least 18 years of age.
Please note: the bank reference letter is not intended for commercial clients. Commercial clients can request a Standard Bank Confirmation.
